Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Prizma360 (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use our website, apps, and services (the “Services”). We aim to keep this clear and honest.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, company details, and the content you add to your cards, contacts, bookings, and messages. We also collect information automatically, including device and usage data, IP address, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
If you connect third-party services (for example calendars, social accounts, or payment providers), we receive the data needed to operate that integration on your behalf.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Services, authenticate you, process bookings and payments, send transactional and (with consent) marketing messages, power automation and AI features you enable, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable (e.g. under GDPR), we process personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting, email, SMS, and payment partners), with integrations you connect, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Your workspace data is isolated per tenant.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new date above. Questions or requests? Email privacy@prizma360.org.
